Weddings are rich with traditions and often come with a lot of expectations about how things should be done. We understand that you may have questions about our plans for the big day. To help ease your mind, we’ve anticipated some of the questions you might have and provided answers below.
Why haven't I been invited to the ceremony?
We love that you want to spend the day with us! Due to the size of our families, we’ve had to make some tough decisions and have invited only immediate family and close friends to the ceremony. However, we can’t wait to celebrate and party the night away with you at the reception!
Why can't I book my own accommodation at Norwood Park?
Norwood park is an exclusive use venue opposed to a hotel so when we booked the venue we booked it all including the bedrooms. If you wish to stay with us at Norwood park please let us know when you RSVP and we can allocate you a bedroom.
Where else can I stay?
We would love for you to stay at Norwood park with us but if it doesn't suit your needs or you want to make a holiday out of it here are some other places you could try

What time can I get into my room at Norwood Park?
Rooms will be available from 12:30.
I need a taxi, who can I call?
All Taxi's must be pre-booked for pickup no later than midnight. Norwood park recommends the following companies:

Can I get there by rail?
Travelling by rail is the most eco-conscious option but not always the most convenient. The closest station to the venue is Newark Northgate Station. The venue is then a 20 minutes drive from the station.
What should I wear?
For us a wedding will always be a time when you can dress your best. This day gives you the opportunity to wear that dress you have been admiring and it is time to give that suit another wear. Take the chance to celebrate the day in style.
Do I need to bring my own confetti?
You don't need to bring anything but yourself to the wedding. We will be supplying the confetti for those infamous confetti shots. We will be using natural/biodegradable petals.
